What is the usually when a Tennant leaves a house mid month, on the 15th of the month for argument sake. Is a full months rent payable?

If your lease finishes up on the 15th then you only pay what is due to and including the 15th

If however your lease is up the end of the month and your leaving early then your liable for the full months rent

If your lease is up in a few months time and you are breaking your lease and leaving early, the LL can pre sue you for the remainder of the rent due up to the end of the lease OR you can see about getting a new tenant to take over the remainder of the lease so are not liable at all

    Hope that helps :)
