Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Broken camera help.

Hi there, so I dropped my compact camera a few weeks ago while it was still turned on and the lens still extended.

Ever since then, when I turn it on, the lens struggles for a few minutes to focus, extending, retracting and rotating, but then it gives up on retracts completely.

The error message on screen says the camera is unable to focus.

I was just wondering if there was any chance that this is fixable if I brought it to a shop, or would it be more sensible to just spend the money on a new camera.

It isn't an expensive camera by any stretch of the imagination, I think around €130 at the minute.

If you'd any advice, I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks-
