    Hi I'm using sage instant and for some reason that I cannot not fathom when I check my Financials there's no record of my 2012 transactions. Business is very quite so I actually only did my end of year 2011 recently and started my new year 2012. I thought it was ok until I needed to change an entry and see that there's no record of them in financials. I guess I've done something stupid, can anybody help please, I need to pay my vat a.s.a.p. Thank You

    Id would say it's just a search applied to financials.

    Go to modules -> financials and click search on the bottom right. Then click discard, apply and close and see if they re-appear.

    Hi Kevin somehow I managed to get the info (dont know what I did) but thanks for replying. good to know someone at hand in an emergency :)
