Having the place painted there is some white paint, I think it's gloss for for wood work as the colour for the walls came off with washing, this didn't anyone any suggestions on how to get rid of it?

White spirit on a clean cloth should take it off

Should scrape off the laminate if it's dry.An old sheet on the floor saves a lot of work later on .
