Windscreen Replacement

Have 65 Mustang Coupe and I need the windscreen replaced because it cracked right down the middle.
I was quoted €600 from Autoglass for windscreen plus fitting it.
Also got a quote from a company in England that was €50 cheaper for all apart from the fitting.
So I am looking for suggestions for other places that would be a little bit cheaper if possible or should I take the €600 hit and get on with it.
I am based in East Galway.

If anything happens to the Autoglass windscreen during fitting you have a comeback, so for the sake of €50 it's a no brainer.

€600 seems a bit high to me.
They cost about €140 in the US, I know shipping and all that ....still?

    Try these in the UK

    Or Oldcott motors.

Does your insurance not cover glass?

    Thanks for the replies,

My insurance does not unfortunately not cover the glass as it is only 3rd party and nothing else, it's only €125 so can't complain as it gets me on the road.

I tried the links that were posted and although the english one supplies it cheap I have to organise my own delivery and fitting which raises the price a nice bit and to get it from america I was quoted over $900.

I might just take the hit of the €600 when I have it as they are only a half hour drive from me in galway city.

Thank you again for the replies.
