The people in The Zip Yard are local. Go there a lot and their prices are always very good compared to others

There's a Polish woman in Barrack Street, on the right side just before going down Bunkers Hill. She's very good.

just to update, got the alterations done in the place in parnell street (threads) they did a fab job, really well finished but slightly on the pricy side of €45 for a dress zip and taken in. btw both girls who tended shop were eastern european. (which are known for their skills in dressmaking and crafts)
