Can Clawback be removed from Affordablr Housing dur to Social Housing?

    I hope someone can help me.

    I live in the Ard Sionnach estate in Cork and now that Cork City Council have brought the remaining houses for Social Housing, so can I get the clawback removed as the estate that was meant to be for afforable housing and private homes now isnt?

    I hope someone can help my husband and i as we want to move out of the estate now.
