    I have a Humax Foxsat 320 for more than 2 years. I have can receive high quality pictures on all channels but have lost sound on Standard definition channels. I have picture and sound on all High Definition channels only. This would indicate Dish and cables are OK, Help please.

    That would suggest it is a software or settings problem. Can you get the firmware from the manufacturer's site and reload using a cable?

    Try a factory reset, box will look for new software on startup, and download from satellite,

    Are you watching HD channels with a HDMI cable, and SD via the SCART?

    If so, check that the scart cable is plugged in properly.

    Carried out a Factory reset. seems to have resolved the problem.
