    Hi all,

Have just replaced my first broken spoke but something on my commuter is still clicking every time I get over 5 rpm (r being rotations) at first it would stop once I got over 25kph but the clicking just increases with my speed now.

Checked all of the usual non-issue suspects (pump, sensor, QR skewers) and replicated the problem by hand turning the pedal.

What are the most likely sources and how should I find them/rule them out?thanks in advance

Step 1: Grease the threads on your pedals.

    Report back.

Does it happen with each rotation of the pedals, or each rotation of the wheel? This will give you a better idea of where to investigate. As usual, Sheldon is worth a read on the subject; http://sheldonbrown.com/creaks.html

Another loose spoke? They tend to make noise only when someone is on the bike (ie weight on the wheel)

Well I had that clicky clicky sound and it was something very stupid. The crank arms were hitting the cable end of the front deraileur in every stroke and that was creating a click click sound

Recently had clicking sound with each revolution of pedal,
    Put bike on workstand,
Found the Bottom Bracket (BB30) was the culprit,
Cleaned and Re-greased bearings, so far so good after about 200kms,
Am thinking though are the bearings on their way out already,
Bike only has about 1000km done from new.....
