Three.ie E586 modem, interferrence from eircom

I have an E586 wifi modem from Three.ie. An unsecured Eircom wireless network is interferring with my own internet signal. I have no idea whose it is but as soon as they turn it on it seems to interrupt the signal coming into my modem from outside. I have been onto three but have been told that this is not possible.…

However IT IS happening. Has anyone else had this problem or know what to do to stop this happening. Im at the end of my patience now.
