The company/shop providing/selling the bike has to agree to accept payment for the bike through the scheme and so getting some online german company could be difficult. Can you not try and get some bike shop here to source the bike for you?

The bike can be purchased anywhere and not confined to Ireland
(online, or via a "bricks and mortar" shop)

(There's an FAQ thread for a reason;))

Pay by company credit card or direct transfer - there's no such thing as "payment through the scheme"
