iPhone/Android shared shopping list recommendation

Can anyone recommend a shopping list application that will work on iPhone aswell as Android phones? I want to be able to sync lists between a couple of phones. Would prefer free, but would be willing to pay for a very good one. Thanks!

Ourgroceries is what I have used. works on ios, web and android. there is a free version with ads or 79c for ad free
