    Hi.
Just a quick question-My wife received a text from her phone provider regarding roaming. It said"We are now enabling your account so you can roam and make international calls. We will enable it by 30th June if you do not opt out by 20th June".
Does this have any bearing on her bill pay contract in terms of a change of T&C'S of the contract?

No, these are services they have to legally provide.

The reason is for the SMS was probably they noticed these services are still barred on your wifes account, some people assume these are already active however go abroad for summer holidays and find they don't, resulting in a unhappy customer calling there call centre.
