Very randomly I`m getting 3 beeps and no video signal on PC. Its random cause I turned off PC last night after normal usage, and when i turned on this morning the beeps occurred.

PC is custom built and only about 3months old. No recent hardware changes. Been working perfect until this morning.

    ASRock H61M-S
AMI Bios - 3 Beep Code (Base 64K memory failure)

    Reseated RAM
    Replaced with new RAM
    Reset CMOS / Battery

Am I looking at damaged RAM slots?

    Long beeps and/or short beeps?

Unplug the power cable, press the on button 3 or 4 times, plug the power back in, and see does it start up?

Have you tried reseating the graphics card? using a different one?

it depends on the sequence of the beeps. if it's 2 long followed by a short one, etc. Google the sequence and you'll fing out the problem.

Here's an example of Dells beeps -> http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/opgx280/en/ug/tools02.htm#wp1114896

3 beeps (each beep is 2secs)
I checked the AMI beep code already (Base 64K memory failure)

I removed graphics card and used onboard one but same result.
Also tried that pressing power button option and other variations of it.

Sounds like it is the beep code you're referring to (can hear it in my head). It's usually RAM related but if you've changed the RAM then I have to assume motherboard or memory controller (processor).

Try with just one module of ram, then the other (if you only have one module, try borrowing another compatible type if possible). If it still fails it could be mobo related, may even be PSU. One of those annoying problems to troubleshoot, no harm blowing the ram slots, use some compressed air if you have it, there may be dust/dirt inside them causing issues

Was only using one module, tried in both slots. Then went an bought a new compatible module this afternoon, same problem. Air compressed the slots earlier, but no joy.
