Hi all,

Just to keep you updated, we are currently experiencing high call volumes within our Credit Card Services department due to the large number of credit cards that are currently up for renewal.
We would like to make you aware that your new credit card will be with you at least one week before your old one expires. Please be advised that your current card is valid until the end of the month.
