    Hey, anybody know any pregnancy pilates classes in Waterford? I looked on Kingfishers website but i couldnt see any advertised. Thanks :D.

    A beginners pilates class would be fine for you if the instructor is trained in pregnancy - once they know you're expecting obviously. There will be certain things you'd need to take care not to do but everything is adaptable. I'd call the instructor on the flyer and have a chat with her.
