issue with fiesta

have a ford fiesta 99, yesterday got a knock/grinding noise from rear left like something is knocking off the ground checked underside and nothing there is hanging loose or dragging on the ground, it doesnt happen constantly only seems to be at low speed, any idea's..

Either a wheel bearing or brake shoe debris inside the drum? Have you tried jacking it up and spinning the wheel - in gear, other rear wheel chocked and hand brake off.
