Hi has anybody suffered long term back pain from lifting objects that are to heavy and what have been the consequences of this?

I have suffered back pain from doing the above but also have pain in my foot as well, whats that all about? could it be long term?

    Thanks in advance

your best off going for an mri,you can get a cheap scan for €195 with euromedic at the moment. well worth it. no point in asking/guessing what the problem might be.

op we can't give medical advice here or guess what the problem with your foot is. it may or may or not be related to your back problem.

    speak to your doctor.
