    I am about to put a Asus GeForce GTX 560 Ti into this machine:

    8GB-Kit G.Skill PC3-10667U CL9
    ASRock Z77 Pro4, Sockel 1155, ATX
    BitFenix Shinobi Midi-Tower USB 3.0 black
    Intel Core i5-3570K Box, LGA1155
    Super-Flower Amazon 80Plus 450W
    Seagate Barracuda 7200 500GB SATA 6GB's

    how long before something blows up or am I ok?:)

    It'll be fine. If you haven't already got the 560, get a 7850 instead!

    I picked one up second hand and Im hoping it should be ok for CounterStrike etc or maybe BF3

    Counterstrike is all cpu so you will be fine.
