    Hi all,

Apologies if this has been asked elsewhere or I am posting in the wrong place.

Trying to find out what a business development/sales persons salary should be based on revenue generated but cant find anything on the google machine.

For example, if a person generates €1m in revenue in a year, should the corresponding salary be roughly 10%, i.e. €100k per annum? And does that include basic and commission, or would commission be on top of that?

Or are costs deducted first and then salary is based on profit?

Any recruitment people out there in the know?

    Advice very welcome.

    Feeling underpaid!
