Good generic interview tips

Ok so I have an interview coming up and since I made a total mess of my last one (different job) and don't have much experience in doing interviews in general I am going to make sure and be prepared this time.

Presentation obviously really important, asking appropriate questions, trying to make it into a dialogue rather than a them facing you situation, learning all you can about the company, etc.

Is there anything else less obvious that would help? I think a major thing in my favour is that I really want the position so that should come across throughout I hope!
