RTE Player problems

    Trying to watch Ireland Outside the Euro.

    I have a 60mb/s internet connection and everything else runs perfectly. The programme is jumping every few seconds.

    The feed is encryped so it may cause some issues with some PCs. It works fine in Ireland. Possibly try use a different computer, or a different browser such as firefox instead of Internet Explorer.

    Have you ever used the same computer on the player in Ireland?

    Some of the content on RTE player is not available for those outside of Ireland too.

    I think he means he is trying to watch this programme "Ireland Outside the Euro", not watching RTE player outside of Ireland ;)`.

    I don't think RTE Player is "Geo-blocked" as I have watched it via a UK VPN before.

    RTE player is geo-locked. In Italy you can only see RTE produced shows and not US shows for example. Even some "RTE in co-production with..." are blocked.

    A lot of sport is geo blocked :(

    The programme in question was a News and Current Affairs programme though, so I don't see why it would be geo-blocked. Also the OP never mentioned he was abroad. "Ireland Outside The Euro" was actually the name of the programme in question, it aired Monday at 9:30pm and was a documentary on what might happen if Ireland left the single currency.

    No discussing how to circumvent geo-blocking and OP can you please use more appropriate titles and NOT try to circumvent the language filter please.
