    Just a heads up to anyone passing a Starbucks- they have a free running app- 'Runtastic PRO GPS Fitness' available at the counter. Just put the redeem code into your itunes acc. and away you go.

    Just got it this morning, looks pretty decent- live tracking which seems pretty cool.

    Got it yesterday, it's pretty cool- you can watch peoples progress and send them live messages and support. A bit gimmicky I know but handy for supporting people during races to know where they are..........or if you suspect your other half is having an affair, you could turn on their app and track them, if they stop moving on the tracker and their heart rate goes up you have m' sussed;)
