nvidia installer fail

    can anyone help me with an nvidia installer fail problem.
    Ive googled it to death and no one seems to have my issue.

    Ive gotten a g430 1gb card and when I download the drivers or go thru the disk it doesnt give me the option to custom install it just goes straight to fail. 2 days now at this and my brain is fried.
    im using vista with an acer aspire m3201
