Hi

I have a one-bedroom apartment in the IFSC, Custom House Harbour-area, which we are moving out of, for the sake of finding a larger place.

The apartment is on the second floor, with balcony towards the water, and around 1 minute walk from Connolly Station. It is being rented through an agency, with no landlord-contact whatsoever as the agency handles the management as well. Bin handling is included in the price.

The apartment is large for a one-bedroom place in City Center, with a proper kitchen, living room, balcony and bathroom with a tub.

Rent is at €925 per month.
