Aerlingus Gold Circle: Security Fast Track? Priority Check In?

Hi,

Does any of frequents flyers here know whether an BOI GOLD VISA with AERLINGUS GOLD CIRCLE CLUB entitles travellers to a)use priority checkin desks and b)use fast track lanes when travelling on an Aerlingus flight?

Yes it's accepted at fast track, once the name on the card and ticket match.

Relocation of Gold Circle Priority Check-in Desks
To speed your journey through the Check-in area your Gold Circle / Business Class Priority Check-in Desk have been relocated.

Your Priority Check-in desks in Terminal 2 have moved to Desks 55 and 56. These desks are at the opposite end of the Aer Lingus Check-in area to their previous location.

We are sure you will find it much easier to access these Priority Check-in desks, particularly during peak travel periods. These desks are also conveniently located adjacent to the Aer Lingus Ticket Desk and Aer Lingus Customer Service Desk.

Fast Track Security
We are delighted to advise you that, as a Gold Circle member, you may now avail of the Fast Track Security Screening Channel in Terminal 2. To avail of this facility simply present your Gold Circle membership card and Aer Lingus boarding card at the Fast Track channel.

Family Check In
If you are travelling with your family over the Summer holiday look out for our new dedicated "Family Check-in" facility in the Aer Lingus Check-in area. This facility is conveniently located near to the elevators for customers travelling with buggies and car seats etc.

Now the main question is: will holders of Bank of Ireland Gold Visa with Gold Circle be eligible for all of these and would they be treated as regular GC members? Or is it only for lounge access?

I presume the former is the case?

The fast track in T1 is to the left of the Spar in the check-in hall beside the staff search entrance.

No. But it would probably depend on the mood of the security people working at the time.
