02 ford mondeo 1.6 second hand engine???

just wondering if anyone knows anywhere handy that might sell them.. in and around dublin.. cant seem to find them anywhere on the internet.. kind of urgent, thanks

The reason you can't find them is because Ford didn't sell a 1.6 litre Mondeo (thankfully) between 2001 and 2007;)!

why bother with an engine. you will pick up a car for similal money as what an engine will cost with the price of fitting

There were a number of different 1.8 litre engines in that generation of Mondeo. The OP needs the engine number to make sure he/she is getting the correct one.
