Crete - Mosquito repellent needed?

    Heading to Crete next week and would like to know if I will need mosquito repellent. All help appreciated.

    there's no harm in bringing a little bottle. iirc some of the lads got bitten a bit when we were there years ago, apparently i'm just not tasty enough for our little friends (lucky me :D)

    Stayed in Hersonissos a few years ago in May & mosquitos were everywhere as we all got bitten. :mad:

    I have been in Crete twice....and didnt get bitten either time....Maybe bring some repellant just in case though...maybe Im not tasty enough for the mozzies !!
