    Hello All,

I'm a compleat novice to kayaking and i'm looking for advice on which type of kayaking would suit and also traning to be safe, I live near the west coast and also close to the shannon at its tidal parts

    My wish list would be
1 suitable for the west coast waters
2 suitablefor longer trips and over nights down the road
3 manageable on my own, loading, unloading
4 anything else i have over looked?

All advice on training and where to do it would be great

    Thanks
