    Dead Boss starts on Thursday on BBC3 at 22.30 with two episodes. (repeated Friday morning at 01.15 and Friday evening at 9.00pm)

    This is Sharon Horgans newest comedy for the BBC after the premature cancelling of the excellent Pulling after just two series. I'm looking forward to it.
    Dead Boss is a new comedy with a little murder mystery thrown in. Written by Sharon Horgan and Holly Walsh, the series stars Sharon as Helen Stephens, who has been falsely imprisoned for murdering her boss.

    A stellar cast join Sharon including Jennifer Saunders, Bryony Hannah, Geoff McGivern, Ricky Champ, Tom Goodman-Hill, as well as cameo appearances from Caroline Quentin, Miranda Richardson, John Sessions and Carl Barat.

    When Helen (Sharon Horgan) is wrongly sentenced to 12 years in prison for the murder of her boss, she is sure it is only a matter of time before this horrible mistake is sorted. However everyone around Helen seems to be conspiring to keep her on the inside…
