Nerves get the better of me...Help

    I have this problem....when I am going somewhere I get very nervy and end up with loose stools...its ruining my life, cant tink of going anywhere out of the norm as I end up in a complete panic and running to the loo 24/7...its put me off doing so much with my life I am only in my 30's. It comes and goes, cudnt face going out with friends, its running my life. Anyone with this prob and if so any ideas how to help. If someone asked me to go somewhere the first thing to pop into my head is "My ****e Problem"

    It goes without saying that we cannot offer medical advice & that any worries you have about your body's reactions should be checked out with your doctor to ensure there are no underlying health issues.

    It seems to be anxiety related as far as I can see OP. Have you any stress or worries.

    Definitely a medical issue and you need to talk to your GP. Imho.

    OP, I would speak to the GP on this and see what is causing the issue, however I know when you are going to any exotic location with the food your body is not used which would result in the similar issue you are describing, you are always recommended to bring imodium with you.

    In any case I hope you can sort the issue soon.
