Room available in Perth

So we have a room available in our house in Perth and as we dont know anybody at the minute who is looking for a place I've decided to throw this up here.

Its a double room suitable for one person. The house is about 5 minutes walk from Bull Creek Train station, so you can be in the CBD in about 20 minutes.
There are shops nearby, IGA, butcher, bottle shop, chemist, doctor, dentist etc.
Garden City is only 5 minutes drive away.
The house has reverse cycle air-con piped to each room, so it warm in winter and cool in summer. Washing machine, Foxtel, well stock kitched. Back yard & bbq. Off road parking.

Were looking for someone to join a house with 3 people who all work hard, up early during the week. We are all considerate to others, keep the place clean and tidy. We all get on well and dont spend all evening in our rooms.
Two of us are sponsored and ideally if you are interested you would be too or at least in a full time job and looking to stay for 6 months plus.

Our landlord is pretty reasonable and for that reason we dont have big parties and trash the place. No problems having friends around and we do it regularly but this is a home for us all and not a place for your mates to come and hang out 24/7.
Sorry if the above sounds harsh but we are looking for someone who will fit in with the rest of us.

The rent is $145 a week with $25 dollars a month for foxtel. The rest of the bills are included in rent. If your interested drop me a pm asap.
