As said, no app and no plans for one because there is touch.boards.ie (or m.boards.ie which I have a slight preference for myself).

Is there not a ios app in development? If an ios app comes out then I'm sure an Android one will follow suit at some stage, going to move this to the Site Dev forum where its more suited

There are no plans for an Android app at the moment. The iOS app has been held up too.

I'm sure you guys will know all about it if the plans change :)

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
