    Hi,

I would like to convert my DVD collection to ISO Format to play on my Media Centre. Do any of you know of a free one step converter?

I know you can rip the DVD then convert it to ISO.

    Thanks.

If you're looking to copy full DVDs, retaining menu structure and extras then would recommend DVD Decrypter. If you just want the movie then would recommend makemkv. Both free.

DVD Decrypter turns the disk into VOB files, i was hoping for just one ISO.

DVD decrypter to vob. Then "folder2iso" to make the single iso file.

You need to fiddle with the settings, there's an iso write mode. It's what I've used to backup lots of my stuff

DVD Shrink will allow you to generate an ISO image of the disk and retain menu structure etc...
