    Yes

Pier C is out of use since T2 work started and the internal space is now used for the new lounges.

A/B/D are all in full use.

Which airlines use pier b because i'd imagine that they are pretty dear considering they have air bridges and all the transatlantic flights used to use them before they moved to t2.

EI, Air Transat, Lufthansa, BMI, Turkish, to name a few. Also many charter flights.

Are Air Canada still using A or have they moved to B. Will be flying with them in a few weeks

Pier B is still in use. It was originally built in the early 1970s when T1 was first constructed in the "carousel" style that was popular at that time. Back in the 80s Pier B was the main boarding area for flights as Pier A was only used for smaller aircraft and some charter flights.

Last time I was in Pier B it was getting very tatty and worn out - it needs a major refurb.
