Im referring mostly to post college opportunities, is it a big advantage to have attended any particular college?

And also is there any real differences between them?

No, it doesn't matter, they're all pretty much the same in the end.

What will matter for furthering your career after your primary degree will be things such as research, presentations, publications, teaching, obtaining membership exams and other postgraduate qualifications. Where you start is largely irrelevant, tbh.

And no, the only difference between them is where they are so ideally, you should aim for where it'll be easiest for you to live and get accommodation.
