Not sure of the difference between this one and this one!

    And which one is better?

    All/any help appreciated :)

The 2500k is an unlocked processor, which means it can be overclocked to 5.2ghz max, and the non-k processor is a locked chip, which means it can't really be overclocked.

The K version is overclockable (very easily to 4.5GHZ), and the other is not. Get the 2500k.

the 2500K has an unlocked multiplier, and is definitely the one to go for between the 2, especially at that price difference.

haha wow thanks for the info lads.. I'm most likely purchasing the parts for my build today and I've had the 2500 in my hardwareversand basket for past few weeks.. I was never really sure what the difference was, just decided to check on a whim really.. The fact that the 2500 went out of stock on the site almost as soon as it came back in even had me inclined towards thinking it was the better of the 2!

That said, I havn't really thought about overclocking but I'd be a fool to deprive myself of the option..

Thanks for saving me from my own ignorance!
