    Hi all,
as above, would a 9 inch grinder be ok to cut 2 inch thick precast slabs?
I only have to cut about 10 or 12 and I can't really afford to hire a con-saw(45 euro a day:eek:) for an hours work. Can anyone advise me if thisa would be ok please?
    Thanks guys
    LR

You'll be ok as long as you use the right discs, wear the right safety gear, and work safely.

Steelcap boots, full haed safety shield or eye protection, ear plugs and a breathing mask (to prevent inhaling the concrete dust).

A diamond cutting disc and a steady hand too.

    Happy Days.
