Apps on Samsung D7000 Smart Hub

I added the Netflix app some time ago and it doesn't appear in the list of apps at the bottom of the screen (where Google Talk & Music is in the pic) on my Samsung D7000.

I added the RTE Player app last night and likewise it hasn't added it there either.

Is there something that I am supposed to do after I have downloaded an app, to add it to the list of apps?

I can see an arrow near the bottom right of the screen. Scroll down towards Google Talk, then scroll right to highlight that arrow and it should lead you onto the following page, where hopefully your Netflix icon should be!

The arrow brings me onto the second page of apps but none of the apps I have downloaded are there.

Sorry James for the delay in answering your question.

When I got my D7000 first, Netflix did not appear in App Store.

I had to run a Software update, to get it. Off the top of my head, you must have at least version 1021.

To upgrade your software, enter Menu, then select Support, then Software Upgrade and opt for Online.

Let me know how you got on.

That's a pity. But you can also get it if you have a PS3 or XBox (I think) connected. I have also seen it available on one of the Blueray players.

Obviously if you have a PC connected to your TV, you could watch it through that.
