Online banking registration

    Hello,
    I fill registration form for 365 online banking about 2 weeks ago. I didin't receive PIN. Maybe someone can help me or where should I call?

    Hi Helen,

    Thanks for your query. The PIN can take up to 5 working days to be posted to the address on your account. There may be a number of different reasons why you haven't received it yet. The best thing to do is to call Banking365 on 0818 365 365. A representative will be able to check your registration and help you order a new PIN if needed. You'll need to have your account number and some security questions will be asked for verification purposes.
