Testing for deficiencies

    Anyone have any knowledge about tests for deficiencies like vitamins, minerals, efa?
    For example are there reliable tests? different methods? what's involved in a test? any clinics in Ireland do these tests etc.?
    Any info/views appreciated.

    GP will do Vit & Mins for ya, simple blood test.

    Not sure about efa.
