Sometime ago i switched from ESB to Bord Gais for my electricity but switched back to ESB last year. On checking my bills recently i noticed i was not getting the benefit of the package and it now seems i will have to reapply for the benefit which on reflection is understandle. Does anyone know will i get the benefit from the time i came back to the |ESB. I gather when i switched to Bord gais the benefit would be paid to my bank account. Unfortunately i have nnot kept bank statements to check.

If you have been entitled to the package all along you might get the payment backdated, only the dept will answer that.As for bank statements most banks will supply you with statements for the last 6 months for a fee(AIB €2.50)
