Does the noise change with engine RPM or speed?

It is present when you accelerate, and when you turn but is not there when you cruise. It's more evident when turning and accelerating

An air leak? Could be a hole opening when the engine moves from accelerating and turning.

Someone said to me it could be the turbo, that turbos tend to make that noise
