Canada: Driving Conviction-stop us from going?

    hi, we have a job opportunity in Canada at the moment and just got the Police Cert back to say he has a Traffic Offences- Driving without Insurance4, No Tax and No driving Licence (which wasnt true).
    The fines have been paid, could this stop us from going?

    any help appreciated!
