Disability that may affect my driving in the test?

Just wondering what I should do. I have my driving test in a week & I have a condition in my foot & am on a waiting list for surgery. My doctor says I am fine to drive...
Now I can drive fine but I sometimes accelerate a little too much & it can sound bad. I have no problem braking or anything like that so I am not at all dangerous.. should I say something to the tester or should I jut try not to rev too much on the day & hope for the best.. It not even that bad but I know its just because of the injury.
