Hi,

Does anyone have a link to an online calculator (or any other useful guidance) to estimate heating and electricity costs based on square footage and other variables such as BER, year built, equipment being run etc etc. I know this is hugely dependant on the insulation of the house, just looking for something very approximate. The background is we are looking at a place to move into that's a bit bigger than we need and want an idea of potential bills.
