She sounds like she's speaking backwards!

Her reaction does seem weird though - some searching around seems to suggest that it's fake.

Aparently she was saying, and I quote:

    -What are you doing?
-Opel hair mom and dad, no please, no please, no, no!

    I'm doubtful.
You're doubtful that it was a fake? Even after seeing that?

Well, yeah. They could have just paid the lady off and made that video after! If I had a PR disaster I would consider doing the same.

Thought the exact same. Like why would she just stand there and not move away? Still have to laugh at her reaction...

Isn't the general idea of these "viral" ads to promote the company, not make them look bad?

It was made by anti shell campaigners

Well then why would they make a video showing it to be fake?

They are not exclusively anti-Shell, more anti-Corporation. They have a film on Netflix about these types of pranks they pull all the time.

Usually they prank real events, whereas here they set the whole thing up to make it look like they pulled a prank. Then pulled a prank on the world to make it look like it was a real event and a real PR disaster for Shell. Instead they raise awareness.
