Dynamic account is in-use, problem

Hello I'm staying in a hotel for a few days, I have my iPad and iPhone with me it will only let me log in on 1 device even when i shut 1 off it tells me "dynamic account is in-use" and can't log on for about an hour afterwards. Is there any way around this by changing dns or something?

No probely not, We implemeted a system last week in a hotel that only allows a user to log in with 1 device and if he has more he has to pay.

Is there a pay option? A Hotel in Ireland?
