Club t-shirts - high quality: where to get them? Does your club have them?

The Fit4Life group in our club is very keen to have their own club t-shirts (with club logo and name printed on it).

Several members keep seeing other clubs with really nice t-shirts (printed with their club name) at races, like the Maynooth 10K and the mini marathon. However, no-one can remember which clubs so I have no-one to ask!

We're looking for dry-fit type tops, really nice quality, (mostly women's size/style), along with a few singlets in same style. Reasonable prices too of course.

If you are one of the clubs who has these, with your club name and logo on them, can you please get in touch with me with some pointers on who to contact for a quote!

So far I've gotten good quotes for basic quality tees (no good to us) and some good quality ones but they won't do the printing. Am looking for a good recommendation please! Thanks a mill.

Good to see that you're getting mostly T-shirts rather than singlets.

Google throws up a few local options- I can't recommend any as I've not used them personally.

Why do you say that? Is there something wrong with singlets/good about t-shirts that I'm not aware of?!!

There was an argument here a while back about how athletics club singlets were a barrier to people joining clubs. This was in the context of athletics clubs missing out on the running boom. If people saw club members in more normal attire like T-shirts they'd be more likely to join up- a better way of advertising the club .

If I remember, practically everyone (apart from a few cranks) agreed with this.

That was one of the funniest threads I've seen here, I just kept getting images of new runners being "terrified" and "intimidated" by those scary club runners, prowling around in their singlets! A mad thread.

I would suggest that you do not post it exactly as it will get harvested by spam bots. Make it human readable, but not computer readable... if that makes any sense?
