So, got bored with the old cluttered up Windows XP layout, with programs and icons filling up the whole desktop so decided to turn it into a Mac :) Alongside the HTC Homescreen widget and glowing clock, bit easier on the eye than it was!

Anyone else customised theirs? Out of pure boredom and my non ability to sleep :)

    Here's a few pics:

Basic desktop (scaled down to a semi-reasonable size). I'm using the default wallpaper for now because I've only recently switched to mint (mate version).

The mate menu (which I quite like).

(recent documents actually has documents in it, but I've hidden them for privacy yada yada).

I am surprised with a lot of the icon-cluttered desktops! What I normally do is create a series of folders on the desktop and throw the icons into them by category and change the folder's icon.

This is the screenshot from my laptop (desktop is the same but looks like mobo just failed on me :( )

Got this skin last night and found it very good after a few small changes.

    Without Dock.
